ENGAGEMENT SESSION RELATED QUESTIONS
WHERE DO ENGAGEMENT SESSIONS TAKE PLACE?
Anywhere that fits your vibe! Downtown Cleveland, a quiet park, your favorite neighborhood, a brewery patio, or somewhere that is sentimental. If you don't have a specific location in mind, we can help you choose a location that looks great and feels comfortable.​​ Travel within two hours of the Greater Cleveland area is included. If you’re dreaming
of a session a bit farther out, just reach out and we’ll talk details and discuss any additional travel fees that may apply.

WE'RE AWKWARD IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA...HELP!
You are not alone! This is very common feeling and totally normal. You don’t need to know how to pose.
We’ll provide you with clear direction and guide you into flattering positions and movements without the stiff,
overly posed shots. Most couples tell us their session was way more fun and relaxed than they expected it to be.​

CAN WE INCLUDE OUR PET(S) IN OUR ENGAGEMENT SESSION?
Yes, with the extended engagement session, we are more than happy to include your pet in some of your photos.
Please be sure to let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly and maximize your session time.
We recommend bringing a friend or family member that your pet is comfortable with to your session with you.

HOW LONG UNTIL WE GET OUR ENGAGEMENT PHOTOS?
Your personally curated gallery will be delivered approximately two weeks from your engagement session.
You’ll receive professionally edited high-resolution digital images for printing and web-sized digital images for easy sharing. You'll also receive a personal use print release so you can download, share, and print however you’d like.

HOW MANY ENGAGEMENT PHOTOS WILL WE RECEIVE?
We are always focused on delivering a full, polished gallery of all the best moments from your engagement session.
We'll provide plenty of images to choose from for your wedding website, save-the-dates, and social media accounts.
- You can expect to receive an average of roughly 40-60 edited images from a classic engagement session.
- You can expect to receive an average of roughly 80-100 edited images from an extended engagement session.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?
We are happy to embrace poor weather like rain and snow if you are too, but if that's not your vision or conditions aren't workable, we can reschedule or consider an alternate, indoor location. Cloudy days actually provide great, even, natural light for outdoor photos, so don't be worried if the sun isn't shining during your session. You can always contact us if you're concerned about the weather forecasted for your scheduled session.

DO YOU TRAVEL?
Yes, we love to travel! We have photographed weddings in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana, South Carolina, North Carolina, New York, Michigan, West Virginia, and Georgia. Travel costs may apply but will be discussed up front when you inquire.
Any travel costs discussed will be clearly outlined in your contract. There will never be any hidden fees.

We recommend The Bankers Collection because it allows us to tell your full story.
From your engagement session to a packed dance floor on your wedding night, this collection ensures every chapter is thoughtfully documented. The quiet getting ready moments, your first look, the ceremony, family portraits, bridal party celebrations, couples portraits, reception formalities, and the candid in-between moments, it’s all covered.

HOW LONG UNTIL WE GET OUR WEDDING PHOTOS?
You'll receive a handful of "sneak-peek" photos within 72 hours of your wedding. We want you to have something you can share on your social media accounts and with your family and friends until we can complete your entire gallery.
Your complete personally curated gallery will be delivered approximately six weeks from your wedding.
You’ll receive professionally edited high-resolution digital images for printing and web-sized digital images for easy sharing. You'll also receive a personal use print release so you can download, share, and print however you’d like.

HOW MANY WEDDING PHOTOS WILL WE RECEIVE?
We are always focused on delivering a full, polished gallery of all the best moments from every part of your special day.
- You can expect to receive an average of roughly 75 edited images per hour of wedding day coverage.

HOW DO WE SECURE OUR DATE?

We'll talk details, confirm we're available, and get you a contract to review and sign.
We require a retainer fee that's due at the time of signing your contract.​​​​​
Once the the contact is signed by all parties, and the retainer is paid, your date is officially secured.​​​
HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
Your total package price is divided into three payments. All amounts and due dates will be clearly outlined in your contract.
- Payment 1: Retainer ($1000) secures and reserves your date for services, due at time of contract signing.
- Payment 2: 50% of the remaining balance, due six months before your wedding date.
- Payment 3: The remaining balance, due one month before your wedding date​.
We like to keep everything simple and stress-free so you can focus on your wedding, not your bills.
