Our shared experience and complementary perspectives allows us to anticipate moments and capture all the little details that make your celebration uniquely yours.
OUR STORY
2011: Two high school students sit side by side in a college classroom, unknowingly laying the foundation for both their marriage and a small business built on love and support. At the time, Joe was planning a future in marine biology. Ashley encouraged him to take a photography class with her, and he did. What began as a simple elective and a casual hobby, quietly became the turning point that changed everything. Joe immersed himself in the craft, photographing local musicians and concerts while also working part-time as an assistant wedding photographer.

2017: Joe took a leap of faith and started his own business. Joe Banker Photography quickly grew into a full-time career and thriving small business. Over time, the business evolved into something deeper, something built together, side by side. Joe managed client communications, photography, and editing while Ashley played a key role in managing the brand through design, strategy, and creative direction behind the scenes. Ashley eventually began photographing weddings alongside Joe, offering both trusted support and an additional creative perspective.

2023: We got married and officially became Mr. + Mrs. Banker. Soon after, we rebranded to Banker Creative, a name that celebrates our partnership and the collaborative creativity we bring to every wedding we document together as a team. We are deeply passionate about what we do and the couples we work with. Every year, we continue refining our craft, investing in our growth, and showing up with the same excitement that started it all. Because for us, this was never just a business, it was always something more personal. It's our story, and we can't wait to tell yours.
